As we are hiring an auditorium in Stanhopes gardens,we need to follow these guidelines which in turn become the terms and conditions for this show.
Kindly do not take food inside the Hall. It is against the terms and conditions of the Auditorium owners.
Zero alcohol tolerance is our eparchial policy.
Please behave in a respectful manner as we are the members in Christ’s body.
Security personnel may call the Police in case of any offensive behaviour.
Children are welcome. Parents are to take care of their children all the time.
Please maintain proper hygiene standards when using the toilet facilities. This includes disposing of waste in designated bins, keeping the area clean and tidy, and promptly reporting any maintenance issues or concerns.
There will be first aid personnel available at the venue in case of an emergency. However, attendees are responsible for their own health and safety while attending the concert.
Attendees must adhere to designated seating or standing areas as indicated by venue staff or signage. Standing in aisles, blocking exits, or obstructing the view of other attendees is not permitted. Kindly be mindful of our every one’s right to use the hall and enjoy the show.
Parking is only allowed in designated areas. Please be mindful of the privacy of neighbours, in case of street parking.
Prohibited items such as weapons, illegal substances, or items deemed dangerous or disruptive may be confiscated, and individuals found in possession of such items may be denied entry or removed from the premises.
Certain activities may be prohibited within the building’s properties, such as smoking, vandalism, or disruptive behaviour that interferes with the rights of other personnel.
Keeping these terms and conditions will help us to continue to get this Auditorium for further use of our community.
